Instead of 2 sunny days the weather was mostly bad all the time. First day I visited the christ statue and the sugar loaf. Second day I did a little trekking tour in the Tijuca Forrest on of the biggest urban forrests in the world

From Santiago the Tour went to Villarica. Due to new years celebrations there were no volcano hikes. 3 days Bariloche, 1 night in Frutillar and finally to Puerto Montt to board the Navimag ferry

4 days on the Navimag ferry. Highlights were the Pio XI Glacier, a short trip to Puerto Eden and the the beautiful landscape. This is one of the most rainy areas in the world.

Due to a fire Torres del Paine was almost closed. I had a bad stomache so I could not do much there. Further North Mt. Fitzroy and Cerro Torre were fantastic. Also Perito Moreno Glacier. On the way to Ushuaia I was visiting a Penuguin Colony. Also a Highlight was the Beagle Channel Cruise to another Penguin colony.

At the end of the trip 2 nice days in Buneos Aires where I was having the best steak in my life.
