Finally this week the next US roadtrip is about to begin. This time it leads into the middle of the fall foliage season (Indian Summer) in New England.
After a short 1 day break in New York we drive northwards through Connecticut into Massachusetts. On the way we search for Foto Locations in the Linchfield Hills. Mowhawk Trail is also one of the destinations. The next day we drive through the Green Mountains (Vermont) into the White Mountains (New Hampshire) where we stay a little longer to do some hiking.
Highlight will be the Acadia National Park (Maine) which is hopefully open (US Financial Crisis…) where we stay 3 nights.
On the way back we will visit some costal towns and lighthouses and stay another two nights in Boston before heading back to NYC.
