Just one week after being back from the US I was traveling to the opposite direction – to India. This was a business trip, I sadly had not much time for pictures. Destination was Mt. Abu in Rajasthan, not on the typical tourist map, but very popular for Indians (especially for drinking). The town on top the hill has a small shopping street leading towards lake Nakki. It takes about 30 minutes to walk around it, especially nice at sunset. Toad Rock is a viewpoint above the lake. Most visited is Dilwara temple with the beautiful carvings, sadly also a strict non photography policy.

Udaipur is the next biggest city, about 3-4 hours away (with an airport). I just had a morning there, but this was very nice with the many lakes around the city center.
