Due to Corona I had a long break in business trips, but also thanks to Corona I could spend a weekend in Southern Brittany. After finishing work on Friday there was not flight back – the next connection was Sunday evening, so I had some time to visit the area around Carnac and Quiberon which is not far from Nantes. Carnac is famous for the megalithic standing stones – the largest collection in the world. Quiberon is a holiday destination and flooded by tourists. The West-Coast of the peninsula is very pretty and not so overrun (the reason is you cannot swim there). On the way to Nantes back I visited Auray and Rochefort en Terre a town / village – both very pretty.
